This lovely knit dress is made from soft, silky navy blue rayon yarn (perhaps a cotton/rayon blend).  The neckline is high with  knitted button at the back.  The waist is fitted with larger holes for a ribbon or elastic band.  The slightly A-line skirt has some great movement.  The long sleeves have a flared, bell shape and the shoulders have a very subtle puff (although it doesn't show on our shoulder-less dress form).  Keep in mind this lovely dress must be slipped on over the head with no back or side opening, so your measurements need to be a bit smaller than those of the dress.

NOTE:  This lovely dress will require your favorite vintage slip.
